MyFamRoot is a family platform built on respect and connection. All members must treat others with dignity and kindness.

Not allowed:

• Harassment, cyberbullying, or targeted abuse toward any individual or group
• Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age
• Threats of violence or incitement to violence against anyone
• Doxxing — sharing private personal information about others without consent
• Impersonating other individuals, public figures, or organizations

2. Child Safety

The protection of minors is our top priority.

Strictly prohibited (zero tolerance, will be reported to authorities):

• Any content that sexually exploits or depicts minors (CSAM)
• Content that sexualizes minors in any way
• Grooming or attempts to gain inappropriate access to minors
• Sharing personal information of minors without parental consent

Content involving children in innocent family settings (birthday parties, milestones, school events) is welcome and encouraged, but must not compromise their safety or privacy.

3. Authentic Content

We value genuine, original content on MyFamRoot.

Not allowed:

• Misinformation or deliberately false information about real people, events, or health topics
• Manipulated or deepfake content that misleads viewers
• Spam, repetitive, or mass-duplicated content
• Content created with the intention to deceive or defraud users
• Artificial engagement — buying views, likes, subscribers, or comments
• Automated bot activity

4. Sensitive and Graphic Content

We want MyFamRoot to be safe and appropriate for all ages, including children.

Not allowed:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content of any kind
• Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery
• Content that depicts or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Content that promotes or glorifies dangerous activities, substances, or illegal behavior

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Respect the creative work of others.

Not allowed:

• Uploading content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Re-uploading others' content without permission or proper attribution
• Using copyrighted music, film clips, or images without authorization

6. Privacy

Respect the privacy of others, especially family members.

Not allowed:

• Sharing someone's private photos, videos, or information without their consent
• Posting sensitive personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, financial details, or medical records of others
• Recording and sharing private conversations without consent

7. Monetization-Specific Guidelines

Creators participating in the MyFamRoot Monetization Program must adhere to additional standards:

• All monetized content must be original and family-friendly
• Content must not be primarily designed to shock, disturb, or provoke outrage
• Advertiser-friendly content avoids controversial topics, excessive profanity, and sensitive subjects
• Creators may not engage in click-bait, misleading thumbnails, or deceptive titles
• Paid promotions and sponsored content must be clearly disclosed

8. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Content removal — individual pieces of content taken down
• Strike system — repeated violations lead to escalating consequences
• Feature restrictions — loss of ability to upload, comment, or live stream
• Monetization removal — loss of revenue-sharing eligibility
• Account suspension — temporary restriction of all activities
• Permanent ban — for serious or repeated violations
• Legal action and law enforcement reporting — for illegal content

9. Reporting Violations

If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it using the report button on the content, or email us at safety@myfamroot.com. We review all reports and take action as quickly as possible.

10. Updates to These Guidelines

These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of MyFamRoot after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised guidelines.
